The CRD105 Tubing Cutter Extension is a 24'' extension unit used in conjunction with the CRD100 Tubing Cutter. The unit has a precision scale for accurate cuts. The extension bolts securely onto the Tubing Cutter, and precisely aligns the mating scales.

CRD110 Tubing Cutter
This semi-automatic, table-top device is designed for precision and speed in the production environment. The foot pedal allows for easier operation when using both both hands to handle tubing. This precision crafted and industrial cleanroom product has several thousand hours of proven operational effectiveness. This unit is more economical compared to the CRD100, as it does not have a certified scale. This scale is just as accurate as the CRD100 scale.

CRD110 Tubing Cutter Short Cut

The foot pedal allows for easier operation when using both both hands to handle tubing as well as the precision stop pin. This cutter will allow you to cut tubing as short as .050" in length, and up to 9/16" O.D. The CRD130 Econo-Cutter is easy to use and economical. There is no power required and the locking stop-lock allows for easy adjustment for length and accuracy. You can cut any diameter from 1/32 to 3/4 of an inch.

CRD400 Fitting Inserter
The CRD400 Fitting Inserter is designed to install tubing on any part with a barbed fitting. It is optimal for complex geometry that is inherent in Y, T, Union fittings, as well as air switches and manifolds. The CRD400 also features a rotating nest that allows you to install tubing on multi barb fittings. This unit features a robust clamping and thrusting motion to ensure accuracy and strength.

The CRD600 Automatic Fitting Inserter is an automatic assembly tool that inserts a fitting into the end of a flexible tube automatically. CRD210 Heated Tubing Expander
The heated tubing expander allows barbed fittings to be installed in stiffer tubing that would otherwise split from fitting insertion. A controlled internal expanding operation on the semi-rigid tubing occurs at 150 - 350°F. The powerful air cylinder that performs the expanding operation is driven by a foot pedal. After expanding, a secure fit is formed as the tubing cools and rebounds to its original size.

CRD500 3-Jaw Expander
The 3-Jaw Expander allows larger barbed fittings to be installed in tubing, with the inserted fitting being scooped off of the jaws in one easy motion. A controlled internal expanding operation on the tubing will expand the tubing up to 1 inch wider. The robust air cylinder that performs the expanding operation is driven by a foot pedal. After the expanding occurs, a secure fit is formed as the rebounds to its original size.

The pass-thru window provides an automated means to transfer goods and materials beetween interiaor facility walls. The CRD310 features a sturdy countertop ideal for hospital and pharmacy cleanrooms.
