CRD-400 Fitting Inserter
The CRD400 Fitting Inserter is designed to install tubing on any part with a barbed fitting. It is optimal for complex geometry that is inherent in Y, T, Union fittings, as well as air switches and manifolds. The CRD400 also features a rotating nest that allows you to install tubing on multi barb fittings. This unit features a robust clamping and thrusting motion to ensure accuracy and strength.

CRD-200 Tubing Expander
The medical tubing expander performs a controlled internal expanding operation in the end of most plastic and rubber tubing material. The foot pedal and powerful air cylinder will increase the size of your tubing, allowing ease of assembly yet a secure fit as the tubing rebounds to its original size.

CRD-200TD Time Delay Tubing Expander
The CRD200TD Time Delay Tubing Expander performs a controlled internal expanding operation in the end of most flexible tubing. With the special time delay option, your manufacturing engineers can validate the repeatability of the tube expansion. This will eliminate variability between operators.

CRD-210 Heated Tubing Expander
The heated tubing expander allows barbed fittings to be installed in stiffer tubing that would otherwise split from fitting insertion. A controlled internal expanding operation on the semi-rigid tubing occurs at 150 - 350°F. The powerful air cylinder that performs the expanding operation is driven by a foot pedal. After expanding, a secure fit is formed as the tubing cools and rebounds to its original size.

CRD-500 3-Jaw Expander
The 3-Jaw Expander allows larger barbed fittings to be installed in tubing, with the inserted fitting being scooped off of the jaws in one easy motion. A controlled internal expanding operation on the tubing will expand the tubing up to 1 inch wider. The robust air cylinder that performs the expanding operation is driven by a foot pedal. After the expanding occurs, a secure fit is formed as the rebounds to its original size.
Pass-Thru Windows
CRD-300 Pass-Thru Window
The pass-thru window provides an automated means to transfer goods and materials beetween interiaor facility walls. The CRD-300S features a sturdy countertop ideal for hospital and pharmacy cleanrooms. The CRD-300C features a collection bin that includes a window activating sensor system. Once the bin reaches capacity the window raises automatically allowing the product to pass through for collection on the opposite side. A momentary cycle then closes the window. An alarm system will notify the oporator should any materials get caught beneath the window as it lowers.
