Magazines:

Precision machined Tubesetter magazines allow for quick assembly of nearly all luer types. Our engineers will match our magazine to your fitting within a tolerance of .003 inches. These magazines will hold around 20 fittings each.:

AFI Magazines: $425.00 ATM-XXX: Standard AFI magazine, designed for one specific fitting. Please provide the type of fitting you are using, or send us samples. Magazines for custom fittings have a one time $500 engineering fee.

Pin Sets:

Stainless steel pins will precisely match the ID of the luer fitting, allowing the pin to guide fittings into tubing. Please provide us details on the ID of your luer barb, or send us samples:

AFI Pin Sets: $279.00 ATPS-XXX: Standard AFI pin set, designed for one specific fitting. Please provide us with the type of fitting you are using, or send us samples.

Automatic Fitting Inserter Jaws:

Thick Delrin jaws machined for durability and long life. Fitting inserter jaws can accomodate up to 9/16" O. D. tubing. The standard Straight Jaws accomodate tubing as short as 3", although we do have custom short jaws that can accomodate tubing as short as 1.5"

Fitting Inserter Straight Jaws: $425.00 FIJ-XXX : Standard straight jaws, please specify the tubing O. D. when ordering so we may provide you with the best fit.

Transformers:

Listed below are the appropriate power supplies for an N. A. or E. U. power source.

Power supply (North America): $36.95 TS00020 : Class 2 AC to DC Transformer, (2.1mm or 2.5mm) ID x 5.5mm OD, input= 120VAC 60 Hz 20W, output= 24VDC 1000mA, 6’ cord, 2 prong plug, UL Listed.
