Product Description
The CRD600 Automatic Fitting Inserter is an automatic assembly tool that inserts a fitting into the end of a flexible tube automatically. This unit uses smart relay technology and pneumatic action to achieve precise repeatable action. Saves operators hands and greatly improves throughput.

- Accomodates tubing from 3/32'' to 9/16'' OD
- Designed for all straight fittings
- Throughput of 400-800 units per hour. With bowl feeder, 1500-1800 units per hour
- Magazine loaded, adaptable to a bowl freeder
- 2 minute downtime to reconfigure for a different fitting/tubing combination.
- Compatible with most flexible tubing
